Our inner-critic, at the back of our mind, is allowed to continually say and do the same things over and over, and all the while we wonder why we lack a sense of calm and being settled, but rather a nagging feeling of stress and anxiety. Together we can tackle and challenge these growing levels of worry and anxiety in an attempt to offset any health concerns.
