We all get stressed sometimes. The feeling can be triggered by many situations in your daily life. If you’re constantly stressed, it can take a toll on your overall health. It can also make it difficult to feel relaxed or calm.
Take a breath.
I think it’s safe to say that in these troubling times, we need to give ourselves a break and simply recognise that we’re all fallible and human (in a naturally imperfect way).
